  1. Hello,we are learning how to spin, sooo we are investing in French and English Angoras, sooo I don’t get color crosses whats exciptal in shows, because I don’t want to breed bunnies only to find out there only use is fiber, our daughter is into bunnies and were starting out, please feel free to call me. Thank you

  2. Hey my french angora had her first litter 5 days ago. There are actually a few questions I have… first off I have been finding the nest box overturned and babies lying on the wire floor how can I avoid this? This morning 3 kits were ice cold and it was obvious that 1 hadn’t nursed I warmed them up, I held moma Ida and tried getting the hungry one to nurse but it wouldn’t latch on. I’ve noticed that their skin looks like it’s flaking, is that normal? How did you learn about labeling the colors and patterns? Is there a book or something that can help me learn about

    • Ack! Congrats though! If she is overturning the box, I would try lining it with bricks before the nesting material or even tie it to the bottom of the cage somehow. The cold, unfed kits may just be weak runts so prepare to loose them just incase. Flaky looking skin may just be dried urine… Don’t worry about that one too much. And finally, I have just learned about colors from google searches and experience. If you need some help identifying colors, feel free to email me a picture and I’d be happy to help: fmicrofarm@gmail.com
